Reply Beth July 31st, 2015 I came here from a google search on how psychiatric hospitals work. As for doing two workouts per day, though I did this for two weeks, I will still not recommend it. I lost more weight in first 1st month of insanity than in the 2nd month. A heavier gauge jump rope may also help. I have complete Insanity and Focus T25 workouts. The guys are more competitive, the coach trying to motivate you even more.
The question I have is about the jumping rope. For some that lack coordination, the rope can be difficult to get used to. And they will all show up a little and drain the surrounding fat tissue, making your back lean like never before. The Insanity: The Asylum fitness program lasts for a total of 30 days. But if you do not push pass YOUR limits then this is not for you. So no worry there. I wonder if you could help me out& I am a recent Insanity Graduate (finished the workout 2 weeks ago) I began doing insanity again a week ago but to be honest I had become bored of it.
